As a career law enforcement investigator, I had the opportunity to work in numerous investigative units ranging from Arson and Special Victims to Internal Affairs and property crimes. I was even fortunate enough to have been deemed a court certified expert in varios fields of investigation by both Federal and State courts. After 29 years of public service, I decided to retire and continue serving my community as a licensed Public Adjuster. I now bring all this knowledge and expertise straight to you the policy holder to ensure your insurance claim is properly documented, processed and paid to its fullest and fair value. Rather than handle a large volume of claims like most adjusting firms, I prefer to limit myself to set number of claims annually. This allows me to offer a more one to one personalized service. One of the biggest complaints I hear about Public Adjusters today is about the lack of communication. I make it a point to reach out to all my clients on the weekly basis to keep them updated throughout the course of their claim.
